BIP - Error occurred on retrieving data.xml

When attempting to run a report in BIP, the following error occurs: Error occurred on retrieving data.xml.

There is no problem with the Data model. The query is being executed successfully, but the end user cannot retrieve the data due to 'Error occurred on retrieving data.xml'.

The report was being executed successfully but it stops now having this error. There are no issues on data source granted rights, all are allowed.

How can we solve this problem?
