Start Synchronization in OEM 13c in Administration group manually through emcli

Hi

Is there possibility to start Immediate synchronization in some administration group in Enterprise Manager using emcli command? I am working on some automatization of adding, deleting and changing target properties which all belong to some administrative group, and I want to resynchronize this group through some script after changes on its member targets are done.
