record stuck in po_interface errors

Hi,
After performing receipt through Receiving open interface though return is successful but records are inserted in po_interface_errors with below warning message.

Error: Warning: This header-less transaction RETURN TO VENDOR has a corresponding header record. ROI will clean up the header record.


Please suggest how to avoid this and clear these records.
