Oracle ES2-64 SEFOS access

Hi
We have a couple of Oracle ES2-64 switches. After a power outage, both switches booted correctly, and communications are working, but I´m unable to access SEFOS CLI/console.

I´m trying to access from ILOM to host console:

-> start /HOST/console
Are you sure you want to start /HOST/console (y/n)? y

Serial console started.  To stop, type ESC (

swacc02 login:
swacc02 login: root
Password:
Last login: Fri Sep 24 09:12:37 from 10.10.10.20
shell: Transport
agnswacc02 login:

After introducing username and password, the system only returns the shell: Transport message, and the login prompt.

If I try to access the system via SSH, it shows:

Howdy, Stranger!
