Session Translation & SIP Manipulation on Selected Associated Agents

I have a Master Session Agent tied to one or more associated agents. Each "associated" agent needs to have a session translation and sip manipulation rule applied independently from the master agent. On ingress calls, I can see both master and associated agents counters for sessions incrementing, however, the session translation and sip manipulation do not get applied at the associated agent level (In manipulation).

Is this expected? Suggestions on how I can work around this?
