S_SRM_REQUEST remain in Queued status solved

Hi All,

Posting this here since it took us a little while to figure out.  For one of customers our Workflow Process requests were stuck in Queued status and it was not clear why they were stuck.

As it turns out we finally figured out Symantec  VxPBX Binary file pbx_exchange.exe was listening on port 49177 which was the same port SRBroker wanted to use.  Once we terminated this .exe and restarted Siebel things started working just fine.

We later found that that you can control the port pbx_exchange.exe listens on to not use the range of ports Siebel uses.
