How can I get 'Recommended Assigments' from the RestAPI commands

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello,
I need to producea report in our internal reporting tool.
For that I wanted to extract ELearning data using Rest API  on HCM
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/21c/farws/api-learner-learning-records.html

But in the result the AssigmentTypeMeaning column shows only Required and Voluntary assigments . Recommended are not extracted. 
Can someone help me on that sugject ?
