RAC database 1 node shutdown

I have Oracle RAC 2 nodes 19.3 on linux 7 with 1 standby (dataguard) database that is readonly . for maintenance, i want to shut down one of the 2 nodes (only the database not the cluster) 
could this be done straight forward by shutting down the db instance on that node, or there is anything we should take care of regarding the standby database redo log shipping knowing that 1 node will be up during the activity.
