Anyone doing "Blind Hiring" using TAM/CG?

PS HCM 9.2 TAM/CG

We have heard growing interest in "blind hiring" as a way to reduce unconscious bias in the hiring process. Essentially, applicants apply for jobs, but before a hiring manager can review applications or supporting documents non-essential details like the applicant's name, address, gender, school names, graduation year, etc. -- things that can be used to infer race, socio-economic status, age, etc. and inadvertently bias the hiring team -- are scrubbed or removed.

Of course, that information would be necessary once a hiring decision has been made, but until that point applicants are evaluated on their education and work experience alone.
