P4312 Receipt option 7 does not close PO?

We are on 9.2. I just ran a test to receive an item on a PO using option 7 in P4312. I was expecting the next status to go to 999 (i.e. 400/999), but instead, it was updated to 400/410. I then ran another test with receipt option 1. It turned out to have the same status as the option 7 (400/410). Am I missing some kind of setup or ESU, etc.? Does anyone have this experience?
