why i am Not able to create the Trading Partner Item Number through FBDI

in Supply Chain Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered
Getting this below error,

Import completed with error or warning. Import errors or warnings are.

21CTPITEM(null) :
21CTPITEM(), ITEM_NUMBER - The specified item does not exist.
21CTPITEM (Using FBDI21C) :CUSTOMER:5093, null - The value of the catalog CUSTOMER or category 5093 attribute is not valid for the item assignment.

But i can see the value for customer is 5093, in our instance, and i am able to create manually only facing the issue in FBDI.
