Credit Check Processor did not release an SO has expired manual hold date, WHY.

Please help us on the below issue.
We are using Credit Management on Order level.
We have defined a manual hold called "Temp. Hold" as figure No. 1
When we apply hold using this manual hold and put a date 26-Sep-2021 on the field hold until date, the hold was applied successfully.
Today 28-Sep-2021 and the SO is still has this manual hold, WHY.
Is is suppose to hold this order until 26-Sep-202, then the request "Credit Check Processor" will release this SO from this manual hold as long as the date is expired.
Our system version is 12.1.3
