The Bill Receivable is closed although it has one receipt is less than the bill amount, WHY.

Hi, 
Please help us on the below issue.
We have a Bill Receivable with amount 50,000.00 and it was paid with one receipt with amount -779.41 as below screenshot.

Is there any way to close a Bill with out receipt ?

We do not know what the user has done, so please may you check and give an explanation on this issue.
