Create Accounting& Journal Import (Running, Normal)(Pending, Normal)(Pending, Standby)

Dears,
While create accounting for AP invoices and payments "online create accounting".
I found that concurrent Create Accounting& Journal Import stucked with the following status:(Running, Normal)(Pending, Normal)(Pending, Standby).

And if i cancelled these concurrent programs, i cannot recreate online accounting.
so, how can i fix this issue?
