How to freeze a PO

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement from business, where need to enable the FREEZE option for PO, so that no user can make any kind of modifications in a PO once it is printed or released. 

Please let me know how to achieve this freeze functionality in EBS. We are at version 12.2.8.
