Return reason is not defaulting after upgrade to 12.2.10

Hi Experts,

Recently we have upgraded the application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. In Receiving->Return form, the reason for return will be defaulted if updated while receiving the item. It was working in 12.1.3. Unfortunately, the feature is not working in 12.2.10. Surfed in blogs and couldn't find any relevancy. Any idea would be greatly helpful.
