How to process,all the rows from a grid that are currently displaying and not displaying on the page

In P4210 - JDE Sales Order Application , in Sales Order Revisions screen currently it is displaying 10 rows and other lines in the order are not in current page. We need to process all the lines in the order that are currently displaying in the page as well as lines which are not displaying in the current page.
How to process all the lines in the grid.
