Agile EC 3.6.2.8 Crashes Creo Parametric7.0.4.0 upon initial loading of dll.

I have a user who's Creo crashes when it attempts to load the extension for ACP into Creo. 
I reinstalled Agile EC (clearing PF/XPLM folder, deleted the %userprofile&\AgileCache. Still no indication why this is happening.

Any debugging ideas?
