BP Custom Print - which data elements are available for report?

We are modifying a BP - which has previously been published to Production - to include some linked data elements in some upper forms. The modified design has been marked as Complete and deployed in the Dev environment, however the linked elements are not included when generating & downloading the sample data for the BP, also in the Dev environment. 

What steps are we missing? 

Unifier Version: 21.7.0.2 (Cloud)
