purge SYSAUX tablespace with purging SQLOBJ$PLAN

I use Oracle DB 19.3 and my sysaux tablespace has 60 GB. When i check i saw SQLOBJ$PLAN table has 15 GB data. And there are their logsegments-indexes.... how can i purge it?
