Upgrade from ECZ7.3 to SCZ8.4

We are looking to upgrade our 4600 SBCs to 8.4 from Ecz7.3.

What would be the most efficient upgrade path to get to 8.4?

I know we can't upgrade directly, but there seems to be different paths.  I have read through the release notes and checked the software that is available online.

Here is what I have come up with:

ECZ7.3M2P1 to ECZ7.5.0.P3
ECZ7.5.0.P3 to ECZ8.1M1P25
ECZ8.1M1P25 to SCZ8.4

Thoughts?
