Rman appears to be in debug mode since I applied DB patch 32775037

We are running 12.2.01 on Windows Platform and I recently applied the JUL CPU, 32775037. Since then my RMAN log shows DBSQL messages:
DBGSQL: TARGET> begin dbms_rcvman.setdoingFullBck(); end;

DBGSQL: TARGET> begin dbms_rcvman.setdoingFullBck(); end;
DBGSQL: sqlcode = 6550
The backups all validate successfully.
My question is did anyone else see this and does it need fixed?
