** unapplied change indicator next to hostname. Where is this configured???

I have multiple Acme Packet SBCs that i work on. I know that if you make any change it puts two ** next to the hostname like this:
**SBCHOST#
once you save the config it makes it one *, and once the config is activated it goes away completely. Can someone please tell me where this is configured? It has been so long and I can't remember.
