Fail to rollback ESU due to deployment server name missmatch

In planner P9654A(Machin master) deployment server name is lower case and in System, it's in upper case. 
we come to this when face issues while rollback ESU. 
ESU objects have two entries in F9861. For example, object B0100073 for DV has two entry one in lower case and another in uppercase.

same case in path code master. In the path code master screen, for DV I can see deployment server name in lowercase but inside I can see deployment server name in upper case. I click OK on screen and it shows uppercase now.

I can update F9650 and F6851 in the planner but Any idea how many tables are there to update? OR what will be the best way to fix the issue.
