clone pluggable DB via OIP tape backup error

Hi,

I have got "RMAN-07536: command not allowed when connected to a Pluggable Database" when tried to clone pluggable DB version 19.12(on 5.11 sun4v sparc) via OIP tape backup. 

The details are as below:

host: s03258
Source pluggable DB: WMDEVC
Target new DB:           WMDEVNEW

s03258 oracle WMDEVNEW /export/home/oracle>rman target sys/'password'@WMDEVC nocatalog auxiliary /

Recovery Manager: Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production on Mon Oct 4 09:32:26 2021
