Tool Release upgrade process.

Hello,
Currently we are on AR-9.2 , TR-9.2.4.1. and we want to move to TR-9.2.5.4.
Please provide me the process step by step guide to perform.

Installation in Brief in our env -

1. AIS_ORCH (Application Interface Services Server 9.2.4.1)
2. OVR installed.
3. Webogic (Oracle WebLogic Server 12c(12.2.1.3.0)
