Alternative of Oracle Enterprise Manager

Hi Experts,

We had Oracle EBS R12 12.1.2 and Database 11.2 and use Oracle Enterprise Manager to monitor SGA Memory, PGS Memory, CPU, Longest Running query.

Now we had moved on to Oracle EBS R12 12.2.9 and Database 19C and missing the Oracle Enterprise Manager tool.

Is there any alternative free tool to capture all the above and some other monitoring sessions?
