How to replace Zeros with #Missing in ASO

Hi everyone, I have recently cleared some of the unwanted data using clear statement and I can see the data got cleared but left with Zeros where ever the data was present. Now I would like to replace the zeros with #Missing. 
I tried to export the level zero data and modify the exported data file to replace the Zeros with #Missing but with the notepad (which is only available on server), I can't open 2GB file
Can anyone help?
