Unable to upload Web ADI journal

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓
The user is trying to upload a journal via web ADI. Everything is seems ok. Login takes place during the upload process but the popup window shows the items that are supposed to be ticked but the screen remains pending those checks. I know it's a settings thing in either Firefox or Excel but can't seem to find it. Anyone come across this?
