Benefit of having Oracle Linux Basic Support when planning a new installation of OLM?
Hello People,
We have an Oracle Linux estate of more than 40 hosts. If we renew our Basic Support for another year, what is the benefit? We have never raised a support ticket, or found the forums much use - traditionally have done everything ourselves from googling and working out the solutions.
We are planning to create a new installation of Oracle Linux Manager (currently using SpaceWalk 2.6/2.7) to upgrade from OL7.9 to OL8.x.
Will we get real help to do this, or just pointers to the documentation which we can use anyway?
