Why are the number of Pay Periods Remaining incorrect on FSA worksheet?

In Fluid Open Enrollment, this year our "Divided by Pay Periods Remaining" number is incorrect.  It should be 26 but it says 25 and dividing the contribution amount by 25 instead of the 26.  We've checked out Pay Calendars for next year (2022), those appear to be correct.  The Deduction Begin Date on Event Rules tables also says "On CovgBegin Date".  Has anyone encountered this before?
