problem with Work Order the quantity has been Quantity Completed but still exist Quantity Remaninded

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
some user change the Job Quantity but the Job was already Completed by 960 pz. 
Now the Job has quantity remain

Job Order Quantity = 960
Job Quantity Completed = 960
Jon Quantity Remained = 480

could anyone can help to understand?
