HR Notifications with Query & Prompts not working
The query has three prompts from table, BAS_PARTIC with fields and is returning results in Query Manager.
- SCHED_ID
- EVENT_STATUS
- BAS_PROCESS_STATUS
This is needed to send out reminders to employees that did not fully submit (status-NT) or those who have not gone in yet (status-PR). We are wanting to use this during the upcoming Open Enrollment period.
The confusion is within Steps 4 & 5 of the Notification Recipient Setup (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > HR Notification). What is the purpose of both of these Steps? And why won't the fields from the query just come in? I had only determined (after hours of testing) that Step 4 is the last field for Step 6 validation (View Recipient List).
