MS Teams: local media playback using re-invite

Hi,

testing the autoattendant feature on MS Teams, I encounter an issue to play a local media playback. I could configure RBT on refer. But in case of autoattendant followed by a transfer call, MS Teams doesn't use refer message. It use re-invite. 
My concern is can we configure the sbc to play a local media on re-invite or both refer and re-invite?
