How To Turn-Off A Default SI

Hello all,
I'm trying to Turn-Off A Default SI, because by mistake for our customer several unrelated SI merged into one group.
Unfortunately, I still don't succeed and all the SIs, even those I marked in UNDO, remain in the group.
Can anyone advise what to do with it?
