How to Find the Location and Names of XSL/JSP file behind the Screens in OTM 643?

Dear All,
Its again a old question, could you please advise how to find the xsl/jsp file behind the screen in OTM 643.

I would like to know the xsl file and location for action_name=shipment_status screen.
I know '&debug=y' work in older version, but its not working in 643.

Any leads?
