JDE XE - Blocking lock

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 comment
Hi All,
          We observe intermittent SQL Blocking lock on JDE Production database. There are some external systems (Like BI reporting )which hit JDE database and cause locks sometime. During issue entire JDE application freezes.
How can we avoid such issues in future.
Should we configure replicated database for BI reporting.
