Escalation Process in Unifier
In one of the workflow, every step has a duration and we are able to send the notifications to all step assignees based on the 'Overdue policy'. I have few questions that I would like to know from the community.
1. Can we send the notification to someone who is outside of the system or company as an external vendor?
2. Can we send the notification on a daily basis after the task is due?
3. Can we send the notification to the step assignee supervisor 1 day after the due date and his supervisor manager after 2 days after the due date?
4. Can we send/reassign the task to the step assignee supervisor/manager automatically?
