Kerberos and LDAP time limit of certificates

Currently we are setting up LDAP using Kerberos 5 and Oracle 12c and 19c.  We are facing the issue of Kerberos limiting the ticket life to 10 hours which means everyday a user has to run okinit.  

Our security team does not want to extend the time limit.  Can anyone suggest some solutions or say whether they are bypassing the Kerberos time limit.
