ASN doesnot show in Intransit

Hi Team,

We create a PO for a supplier in India from US with a needbydate of 30 days. Supplier might have the material ready by 20 days and he hands over to one of our carrier in India. Now material is owned by us and we want to pay the supplier when hands the goods at carrier location in India.
 We are thinking to create a ASN when he hands over in India. So that Rapid planning will looks for the exact scheduled date.
Question: Now its owned by us where can we see this inventory in Oracle. This inbound is not showing in Intransit books? What is the solution Oracle is providing for this case .Can any one give your expertise here. This usecase looks normal and day to day case. What solution Oracle has for this.
