Absence type is not shown to employees.

An Absence type is not showing in employees absence types LOV. I have checked eligibility profiles. Eligibility profile is working fine on other employees but this is the case with only one employee. I wanna know if I am missing something or is there any other way I can tag the absence type to a specific employee.
