Note to Approver missing in 12.2?

We are upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, reviewing the forms in iProcurement we can't find where to put "Note to Approver", has that field been taken away, or is it hiding someplace? This functionality has been in Oracle Purchasing since we launched in 1994, it would not be a good thing if the functionality no longer exists.
