EBS 12.2 + Webstart + Macbook M1 + Java = Not working

Hi All

Trying to get EBS working with Macbook M1 and no joy - Java installs okay JDK and JRE (Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_301-b09)) and I can launch SQL Developer fine so Rosetta 2 is doing its job.

With ERP Im getting nothing just a white page with - Copyright ©1998, 2016, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.

Tried with Safari and Chrome no joy

Now it could be my work security settings but not sure - has anyone had it working and what did you do if anything to make it work?
