Onboarding Customization
We rolled out Onboarding in PeopleSoft several months ago. We have had issues with individuals not marking a step complete once they complete the step. We set-up email notifications on certain steps when a step isn't marked complete. For the most part, these emails have helped and the employee logs in and marks the step complete. We have certain individuals who our Human Resources Business Partners have requested HRIS to mark the step complete on behalf of the individual.
Has anyone created any customizations that would allow a Human Resources representative to mark a complete in Onboarding for an employee? If so, can you share how this was configured?
