We are encountering CLOSE_WAIT sessions which freezes Oracle EBS at a particular time everyday.

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question
It appears these sessions come through WEBLOGIC.  We had to bounce the applications every night around 1-2am EST.  This has begun to happen since Monday 10/4.  Uploaded files to Oracle and still no response from them although we have treated as SEV1.  We have done extensive analysis on trying to identify the connections.  Is there anything that we are missing?  Appreciate your help.
