Is there a way to check profile option last used

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
We are using EBS version 12.2.7 and we have some users assigned profile option utilties:diagnostic to yes and hide diagnostic menu entry to no. Is there a possibility to find out when was the last time these users may have used these two profile option? Please advise. Thank you.
