API(POST)/Code solution to automate the update process of Currency Daily rates

I've been looking for a solution for this scenario since yesterday, but all the answers in the forum are from several years ago and basically, not helping at all. I can't believe that still in 2021 there is not an easy way to update the Currency Daily rates and we still had to use that horrible Excel template and do the load, manually. 

Currently I'm working on a development for my team, and I need a way to automate this task. Can someone help me out with any solution, besides paying for an external service like this one: https://fxloader.com/fxloader-for-oracle-e-business-suite/
