Does Oracle deliver a current list of SIC Codes for PeopleSoft Financials 9.2

It doesn't look like the SIC_CODE_TBL is getting any new values.  This is a standard industry table, it seems like new values should be delivered with each image so the table is up to date.  I searched and could not find anything for this table in Oracle support.

What have other customers done to keep this information up to date.  It would probably be easy to build a process to load new values to the table - is there a free standard list that is used by other companies?
