Reference Field Default value not populating when creating late charges invoices

Hi All

None of ìnterface_header_attributes(1-15) gets populated when generating late charge invoices.  am using ìnterface_header_attributes1. How can get that working or be able to update in bulk after generating invoice when they are in draft.
