ODA X8-2HA to replace ODA X5-2 HA

Hello
we have this architecture:
 ODA X7-2 HA ===> ODA X5-2 HA
Production in X7
DR and Dev/Test in X5

Our customer wants to adquire a new X8-2HA. The issue is the database versions, that in the current X7/X5 were 11204 and 12102.

X5 will leave the architecture, and X8=>X7 will be the new one.

The question is related to database/GI versions. Can we upgrade X7 and X5 ODAs to GI19 and rdbms 19 in order to migrate to the new X8 with all components up-to-date?

Anything else in consideration?
